Scarborough raced to a 27-12 half time lead in yesterday’s derby clash with Malton at Silver Royd thanks to tries from Matty Young, Aaron Wilson (2) and Jonty Holloway with fly-half Tom Ratcliffe adding seven points with the boot.

In an evenly-fought second forty minutes, tries from fullback Jimmy Perrett and replacement Joe Marshall both converted by Ratcliffe saw the Seasiders to a 41-26 win.
