Scarborough raced to an early 14-0 lead in their North One game at West Leeds with tries from Jordi Wakeham and Ben Martin both converted by flyhalf Tom Ratcliffe.

A touchdown  by the home side was followed by an unconverted try from wing Jack Anderson which stretched the lead to 19-7.

A Jimmy Perrett try converted by Ratcliffe stretched the visitors lead to 26-7 at the break

A ding dong battle after the break saw the visitors run in three further tries from Anderson, skipper Matty Jones and Centre Billy Parker, two converted by Ratcliffe.

A late West Leeds try earned them a bonus point but Scarborough ran out convincing 45-27 winners and moveed up to fourth in North One East.
