TOM RATCLIFFE RUNS IN A TRY

Following last week’s heavy defeat at Dinnington, Head Coach Jason Lowde has re-shuffled his back division. The club’s leading points scorer Tom Ratcliffe is unavailable for the game against bottom club Knottingley at Silver Royd on Saturday. The big centre, who has racked up 109 points so far this season is apparently off on a stag do this weekend; consequently Graeme Jeffrey starts at fullback with Tom Harrison moving to flyhalf. Phil Stewart who has started at 10 so far this season moves into the centre with  Zbynec Schutz coming in on the wing. In the forwards, Nino Cutino returns to the front row whilst Sam Warren starts at No8.  Phil Austen joins Paul Taylor and Matty Young on the Bench.  Lowde will look to his men to bounce back from a disappointing run of results following a great start to the season and the visit of a side which has shipped the biggest points against total in the league (238) should provide the ideal opportunity to do just that.
